- For SMSS product users who need to log a help request, please click on the 'Online Helpdesk' link to the right. We will respond to your help request as soon as we receive it. Only authorised users will be able to login to the system as 'Username and Password' is required. To apply for an ID, please get in touch with helpdesk@smss.org.nz
- To view all known bugs reported for all Artena suite of product, click the Known Bug link at the right. Only authorise users will be able to login.
