December SDR is nearing to its deadline and some of the sites reported that they are having a huge amount of error 542 during their submission to the Ministry for the Course Completion File. Following that, SMSS have sent out emails to all users informing sites about this error, description of the error and why the error is being reported.  Besides the emails, a forum was created on our website  for sites to be able to discuss within themselves and possibly coming up with a solution.

 SMSS BA’s have been liaising with the Ministry and sites to formalise a solution and  has come up with a permanent fix for this problem. It is now available for download on our website.
