Please be advised that Ministry of Education's NSI division is
contacting sites.  They are contacting sites in regard to changing
connection settings from HTTP to HTTPS in order to secure the NSI
interface.  Artena 7.11.00 is ONLY designed to support an HTTP
connection.  If your site wants to begin using HTTPS you will
need to install the latest 7.11.02 release.  7.11.02 has the
connection default of HTTPS.

In the coming months NSI will deactivate the HTTP connection, at which time we will notify those sites not switched over yet.

In the event you have 7.11.00 and through discussion with NSI
have changed your system parameters to HTTP, here is how they should be
reset:
