Recent NZQA submissions by sites have been rejected due to Ethnicity error. This is due to the new Ethnicity code changes from 2 to 3 digit code for SDR 2007. I have been liaising with NZQA helpdesk and there is a minor change on their file submission format.

Fix for this change will reflect on Artena 7.12 release and since the change is minor, the work around is to make changes to the header file for NZQA from F22 to F23. You can see this value on the very first line of your NZQA extract file which starts of with HF220602402/05/200709:42 as an example. F22 is the old header for accepting 2 digit Ethnicity code and F23 is the new header for accepting the 3 digit Ethnicity code.
