As part of SMSS continuous effort to improve customer service, we have recently upgraded our Online Service Desk Module. This system will improve our current Service Desk Incident Management workflow and processes, and enable customers to log and monitor service request online.

Logging jobs through the Online Service Desk Module (OSDM)



1.       A user ID is required. To obtain your User ID please submit a request to your local IT personnel at your site. (IT Personnel please compile and forward 3 users to SMSS Service Desk, who you decide has the authority to access the OSDM).




2.       OSDM is accessible through http://hmp.artena.co.nz or from our website under the support page.




3.       Once logged in you will be able to log or monitor your service request accordingly. An online help link is available for assistance.




With this upgraded feature, it can help SMSS deliver outstanding customer service while at the same time allowing us to build a consolidated overview of our business needs and support information.
